With the Utthan Ekadashi the month long special cleanliness drive ends today. Special attempts of cleaning different localities of the town were taken during the auspicious month of Kartik Niyam Seva. The surroundings of different temples were cleaned in three shifts of a day with the limited resources. The temple surroundings of Shri Radha Damodar, Radha Shyam Sundar, Radha Raman, Krishna Balaram Mandir, Nidhivan, Shah Ji Mandir, Meera Bai Temple and Seva Kunj were cleaned with special attention.
The temples surroundings of Shri Gokulananda, Shri Govind Dev, Gopeshwar Mahadev, Vanshivat, Yugal Kishore, 64 mahant Samadhi were cleaned occasionally during this month. The mini-dumpers donated by the Tata Motors Ltd., Tractor trolleys donated by the Gail (India) Ltd. were used in the street cleaning operations.
Keeping in view of the large number of devotees and pilgrims visiting Vrindavan the special arrangement was done. The special services during this month could be possible with the generous support received from the Yash Birla Group, Shri Nikhil Nath and Ms. Noopur Shandilya.
